This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to BayManager, operated at baymanager.net. We want you to feel confident trying BayManager, which is why we offer a generous free trial. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
All new BayManager accounts begin with a 30-day free trial. During the trial period:
We believe 30 days is sufficient time to evaluate whether BayManager is the right fit for your shop. We encourage you to fully explore the platform during this period.
Once your free trial ends and a subscription payment is processed, that payment is non-refundable. This applies to:
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, partial years, or periods during which you did not actively use the Service. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
You may cancel your BayManager subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective immediately and will stop all future recurring charges. Specifically:
To cancel, log in to your BayManager account, go to Settings, and follow the cancellation steps. You may also cancel by emailing support@baymanager.net. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
BayManager does not offer pro-rata refunds or billing credits when you:
If you are on an annual plan and wish to switch to monthly billing, the change will take effect at your next annual renewal date. No credit or refund will be issued for the remaining months of the current annual term.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the beginning of each subscription year. Because you receive a discounted rate in exchange for committing to the full year, annual subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the year, you retain access through the end of the paid annual term, but no refund is issued for the remaining months.
We will issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:
If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@baymanager.net with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
If we terminate your account for a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account for any other reason not related to your conduct, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period remaining at the time of termination.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that affect active subscriptions, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of BayManager after a revised policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
